to celebrate st. patrick's day we made green pancakes and green "orange" julius (no corned beef and cabbage for us...actually i don't think i have ever had that traditional meal). i guess that growing up dave's mom would sometimes do this on st. patty's day and we had a great time celebrating our first st. patty's day together.

What a great idea to make green orange julius'. That totally reminds me of Home Ec at Newton when we were in 6th grade and going to your house and making Orange Julius' and top ramen. OH, I feel so old. What did you use to color the drink, food coloring?
festive!
Looks fun! I want to start that tradition (of doing a green breakfast) next year. We wore green to celebrate, but that's about it.
I'm so happy that the two of you are so happy. I knew all along you too belonged to each other as soul mates. Miss you will have you over for dinner soon.
