slice of life. ordinary moments

my friend anna occasionally does "slice of life" posts, pictures of the everyday. i like that idea. here is a slice of life from yesterday. i love seeing these two together!

 logan really wanted emma to join him in his crib

 he wanted to read her his truck book

 i think she was getting too close to grabbing it, so he moved it away from her.
he's already resistant to emma touching "his toys" or "his books." watch out dude, this is only the beginning!

last month we got out the jumperoo for emma. i had forgotten how completely massive it is...especially in a small space like our family room, but she seems to like it. she's figuring out how to bounce a little more each time she's in it. i can't wait until she's jumping around like crazy!
